1. Gaia Beach

A romantic, relaxed beach that's perfect for sunsets, dinners on the sand, proposals and small beach weddings. If you're looking for a beach with atmosphere rather than crowds, start here.

2. Anthony Quinn Bay

A small cove with emerald water and rocks, named after the actor who fell in love with it while filming The Guns of Navarone. It's great for snorkeling; arrive before 10:00.

3. St. Paul's Bay (Lindos)

An almost enclosed lagoon beneath the Acropolis of Lindos. According to tradition, the Apostle Paul landed here in 51 AD.
